 Since people buy magazines expecting informative and entertaining material, they are more likely to believe that the magazine will be worthwhile if the strap line is strong. Because the strap lines draw attention to all the intriguing tales within, they also make the magazine more desirable.

The term "heat" suggests that it is served to distinguished individuals in an official manner.
